Going forward all international orders need to include their phone number for the customs form. International orders WILL NOT be shipped with out a phone number.

Don't forget when it is cold out that you'll need to let your items return to room temperature before trying to work with them. I've had a couple customers mention that their parts snapped, and it was because they went right to work on them w/o letting them warm up. Remember DO NOT heat them in the microwave, or put them right in hot water. You need to let them warm up to room temp naturally, and then you can soak them in hot water, or do whatever else you need to do. Going from ice cold to boiling hot too quickly will damage the parts just as bad as if you tried to work with them cold.

Also on the topic of seasonal temperature concerns in the summer it is possible for the parts to warp some due to the summer heat, the fix for this is to simply warm the pieces up w/ either hot water, or a small space heater, and then just lay them flat.

When ordering internationally, do not try to get me to ship your order to you overseas for the cost of shipping to an address here in the US, by way of having your paypal set up to a US address, and then asking me to ship the package to you in another country. I will not do it, and I will simply refund you your money. There are customs fees, and other costs involved with international shipping, and then there are the packing costs that I have, and don't even pass on to my customers. So I can not afford to pay the extra fees involved in the international shipping to make the shipping fees cheaper for my international customers. Sorry, but that's just not smart business.

Going forward NO REFUNDS, because you decided a week, or two later that you just don't want the items. I can not afford to have people taking money back out of the till, because of buyer's remorse. This money is what I use to pay my $300 weekly rent, and to buy materials to keep the business going, so I can't have people coming back after their money is spent on the rent, and materials order I made that week, and asking for some of it back out of the money for the current week's rent, and materials money.
